00Quiz has no built-in AI and needs no API key. Connect the MCP-compatible agent you already use and schedule a morning task in it. It publishes five questions and a friendly note; you answer them on your iPhone.

Connect to 00Quiz at https://api.00quiz.com/mcp. Follow get_quiz_instructions to prepare today’s quiz, then do so every morning at 7:00 in my quiz time zone.
Your agent must support remote Streamable HTTP and OAuth, and its scheduler must be able to call MCP tools without an open conversation. Agents can publish quizzes but never answer for you. Review or revoke access in Settings → Your agent.
